Keyboard capture and release, in search of an old 'gem'

This old thread has, I believe, source VBA that I may find a useful substitution to the Application.OnKey events that I have built into a worksheet. I am thinking the open VBA may offer insight into gaining more control of the keyboard. Alas, the Excel zip file is seemingly no where to be found on the Web. The link in the original poster's signature (MorganO for you veterans) is dead. Wayback Machine only images the sites for archive, no file downloads.

Any help, or knowledge of a working link?
