Hi all,

I have a spreadsheet that holds data. And a worksheet that has a layout for the paper its printed on.

I want to be able to click on a cell in the row. Run a macro and it put the data into worksheet(5) shown below. I have labeled the Cells, and where the data is held on worksheet(1)

I have tried vlookup in each of the cells on the worksheet below, it worked where i put in the employee number in pulled the data through to the worksheet. But then we started getting to many duplicates of the same employee on the spreadsheet.

Any help would be great.

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
