Korean Characters in Excel

I currently face a difficulty because Excel VBA Macro cannot pick up korean characters.

When i paste korean characters in, they automatically turn them into ? (question marks)

How do i rectify this problem?
 

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
