I am using Excel 365. I have an "Amount" field (Number) with values in A2:

A2
Amount
0000000000000667,32
0000000000002667,17

I want to get rid of the leading Zero's so my information looks like this, but nothing I've tried, such as Format Cells, Convert to Number or using =VALUE(A2) works!

I also want to convert the ,(comma) to a . decimal point (without using Find and Replace)
A2
Amount
667.32
2667.17

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
How about
Excel Formula:
=SUBSTITUTE(A2,",",".")+0
