LEcuyer's Random number generation

I found Random Number Generator (RNG) at http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/~lecuyer/myftp/streams00/ but it is C++ program. My work must be VBA so I want to convert C++ code to VBA code.
Is it possible that somebody will do this for me or if VBA code was program by someone then take me to there please?

Any help would be appreciated.

Your link doesn't seem to work for me, but could you not just use =rand() in Excel?

Again with my problem, For your suggestion, I know RAND() in excel isn't enough for Monte-Carlo Simulation. First problem of RAND() is sequence of Random Number so I try to use Random Number from others. For this link, I post new link for you again for whoever want
