Using Access Split Database I have a letter that generate after filing out a form. All looks great on my computer, however if someone else creates same letter the logo gets messed up (like it zooms in) even when PDFing out the Letter. We have the same size screens and laptops. Setting didn't change. Picture type is Embedded (bitmap), sizemode: Clip, Picture Alignment Top left, Special Effect flat, Top, Bottom, Left, Right padding set to 0208

Are you using the same version of the front end? Also, I would think printer settings would come into play here. Are they the same?
