I'd like to setup a hyperlink formula in Excel that leverages a save Outlook template file (.otf) and populates the recipients, subject from an excel hyperliink formula. I want to use the .otf file because it has Custom voting buttons programmed in. Is there a way to do this using a concatenated mailto statement?
