licensed to, how do I change a name.

I have recenctly taken over anothers job, hence her PC and the excel 2003 that was installed with HER name and the name of the company. Now what ever I do has HER name. even when I insert a comment, her name appears. How do I get rid of her Name???

Welcome to the board

I don't know how is your installation but in my case I installed the whole office and the user information is dealt with by word.

This works for me.

Exit excel
Open word. In Tools>Options>User Information change what you want.
Close word
Open excel.

Try inserting a comment.
