Line chart over stacked bar chart

Hello everyone,

I've tried quite some google searches, but I can't seem to find a solution for this.
What I want to do, is to build a stacked bar graph (that means the graph is horizontal, not vertical), and I somehow want the cumulative data labels over them.

So if my bar chart has this data:
5 / 10 / 20
I want that data used, but the headers over that data should be
5 / 15 / 35

I read somewhere to use a line chart, but make it invisible and only use the data labels, but I can't seem to figure out how to do that
(found that here: Cumulative Data Labels on Stacked Bar/Column Chart)

Can anyone tell me how I can make line charts that hover exactly over that stacked bar? I assume it has something to do with a secondary axis, but it doesn't work :(

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
