Line graph for previous 14 days reading

Hello Mr Excel experts :),

I record and plot meteorological data on daily basis on a line graph to see check the stream flows.

The problem is with passage of time I have to change the selection every few weeks as older data is not needed to be shown in graph any more.

:help:

Ideal solution would be:

the graph automatically take the current + past fifteen values. e.g. if it is 4th Oct 2011 the graph would show 20 Sept 2011 to 4th Oct 2011 likewise
if it is 5th Oct 2011 the graph would show 21 Sept 2011 to 5th Oct 2011

Mind it, there are 8 rows to be shown in one graph (each row for one stream)
