Hi

i have a training matrix which has been created in excel i have a date in a cell which shows when the current training expires the problem is that this requires manual checking to see when each training course is due to expire this results in dates being missed.

is it possible to receive automated e mail alerts say 30 days prior to the expiry date entered in the cell of the excel sheet.

any help would be appreciated
