'Link!' in Formula

So I inherited a spreadsheet from a client, and one (of many) formulas begins:

=IF(Link!$CW37=0

I presume that is telling me that the cell references a separate file, for which the link has been broken.

But if you Google "Link!" with the exclamation mark, you get all the same hits as without. So someone please confirm my presumption is correct. (Or correct me).

Thanks

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
That looks ill-formed, that is, incomplete.

Link should be the name of a sheet in the workbook. Link!$CW37 thus
refers to cell CW37 in sheet Link.
