Link slicer to a table AND a pivot table

Hi people!

I'm setting up a dashboard in our organisation for potential target settings.

There is a table, a pivot table based on that table and a pivot chart, based on the pivot table.

Is it possible to have one slicer to filter the table AND the pivot table at once? In the report connections from the slicer of the pivot table I can only find other pivot tables, but not normal tables.
