I have several linked Sales Record spreadsheets linked a Summary Spreadsheet. When I open my summary spreadsheet not all links update on my Summary sheet but when I open one of the Sales Records it updates my summary sheet. Can I make the summary sheet update without opening up each individual sales record?

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Have you looked at the Update options?

Which version of Excel are you using?

In Excel 2003 you would look at the Edit Menu and Links should be indicated at the bottom and you will get a list of all the links, jsut check each one to see if they are set correctly.

In Excel 2007 look under the Data Tab

I don't think it is a formula or it wouldn't update when I opened the sales record. Where on the Data Tab am I suppose to look?

In the Data Tab there is a Edit Links option On the left after the Get External Data Group.
