Linked Tables - Removing the links

Hi all

I have a number of spreadsheets that contain linked tables (to an access database).

Is there a way or some code I could use that would remove the links and leave the data - keeping the format etc.....??

I can do this by copying & pasting then applying the format etc.... Copying the whole sheet & then pasting Values seems to retain the links to the access database and pasting to a second sheet requires changing the format. :(

I would appreciate any help you can provide :)

Thanks in advance

Steve

:Bump:

Sorry to bump my own post!

I just really need to find a solution to this & I know this is the place to find some one a lot better with Excel than myself that could help.
