Hi

I have an excel spreadsheet which has 4 Sheets. On the Graphs Tab i have 9 charts and and two dropdown boxes, name and data.

The charts are currently linked to data on the Datasheet. On the datasheet i have multiple columns starting at column c. This is sheet is spilt it into 3 one for Month, Year to date and R12 each section is spilt into 2 Current and previous and in each section it is spilt into 9 sets#

Each chart is showing the data for current and previous and the 9 charts represents the 9 sets.

How i need to link the charts to dropdown boxes on the graphs tab. I need it so that when the data drop down box is changed it shows the data for either Month, Year to date or R12 and for the name in the otehr drop down box and vis versa.

I hope this makes sense.

Does anyone know how i can link the charts to the dropdown boxes using Forumla as i have been asked to do it without using VBA?

Thank you
