Linking Excel 2007 to MS Access 2000DB

Hello Guys,
I have a series of data in excel 2007 and want to link them to my access 2000 db. Is that possible if not what other options to I have I dont want to be pasting data everytime i need info from excel. Also I do not have the latest Acess.
Any ideas.....

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.

The ONLY way you can do this is if you use the Excel 97-2003 xls format. Access 2000 will NOT recognize the xlsx format.
