I have created a macro in my Excel spreadsheet which is a button and when clicked uses the 'AutoFilter' function and selects a range of Grades in my spreadsheet,
(Grade = A,B,C,D)..

I have a UserForm for this database and was wandering how i can make the macro work when a button is clicked on the UserForm..

Thnx

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Try this

Under the button click event on the form type the name of the procedure the button on the sheet calls ( i suspect it lives in the 'ThisWorkbook' folder.

Hope this helps
