Linking Pivot Row field to a combo box

Sorry for another post but I want to be clear and specific this time. Nearly spent all day with this pivot report!

I have a combo box containing a list of fields.

These values do appear in a pivot report below.

I want to set this so that when I select a value in the combo box, the pivot report filetrs to the same corrensponding value and shows the data.

My pivot report is called PVT1. Can you please suggest how do I set this up so I can see only one value in the pivot report (corresponding to the unique value set in the combo box).
