Linking Workbooks

I want to link two workbooks so that if anything changes in Workbook A, the same change should be displayed in Workbook B NOT only in values but also formats.

Pls help

If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Formats are not data. There is no automatic linking that works that way. You will need VBA to get that kind of functionality. But, can I ask, why are you wanting to identically duplicate the contents of one sheet to another one ... for what purpose?
