List all unique words from one column in Excel

Hello,

In a column, I have a list of responses (in rows) to a questionnaire. I would like to find a function to list all the existing words in this column. Is there something like that?

In a second step, I would like to count the number of occurrences of each word. Would a function like "COUNTIF" be sufficient?

Can you post some sample data.
