List box link

[0 Agios]

I have a list boxand it shows contents from a page called "Data"
When the form is activated it shows the contents of the fist cell in the page starting at "A1".
What I need to do is use a number of buttons to click so I can view further down the list such as "A250" or "A500" without manually scrolling down.
Theother issue is i found out the list box can scroll up to 1000 cells, if the page has contents more than 1000 it gives me an error.

Ah well. If you send be a sample of your workbook I could probably help out with the first part of your problem (jumping to a position).
