All,
Thank you in advance for your help.

I am creating a spread sheet to perfrom tests on systems.
It involves a overview of what systems are being tested and the current information about the system.

I have a drop down list that identifies which test is being ran on one of 15 bays. This feeds a different "Test" sheet that i will use to start and stop the test times and other information (this is what feeds the overview with all of its information).

My probem is that i am trying to have the overview provide the bay's that the tests are ran on to the "Test" sheet. I populate some cells on the test sheet with all of the test selected. I use those cells to creat my list to identify which test i am starting/completing. Now here is where my problem is. Sometimes bays do not have test selected for that time frame. It populates my list with a bunch of blanks because there is no test selected for that bay.

Is there a way i can have the cells line up to remove the blanks/ a formula in the list that i can use to only allow cells that are not blank to only be displayed.

To explain it i am running test 1 and test 15 so in my "test" sheet i only have A1 and A15 populated and A2-A14 blank. So in my list i have Test 1, 13 blanks and test 15.

Thank you

Josh
