listbox populate with values of non consecutive columns

Hello everyone

in a userform i've a listbox.

Does anyone can tell me how to create a listbox (populate multicolumn) with the data from column A and the data from column E?

with column A and B i know how to do, but like this.....

How to do ?????????

Set Rng = Range(Range("A1"), Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp)).Resize(, 5)
    With ListBox1
        .ColumnCount = 2
        .ColumnWidths = "50,50"
