Listing used/called modules in a project

Does anyone know of a way report/list which modules are actually called or not (and by whom) in a project. I thought there was a way within Excel (or maybe an add-on I once had) but can't find it now. Any add-ins or other techniques. I need to get rid of unused/test modules in a failry large project.

I have a function to find unused variables (MZ-Tools) but I need a module cross-reference.
