Lock object in place

I have a pdf object inserted using the create from file method.
When i double click the object it can easily be moved by mistake, How do i lock the object in place and still open it normally?

Hi DT,

One option is to protect the sheet, one of the protection options is "Edit Object" if you turn this off then you can't move or resize the objects.
If you protect a sheet without using a password, you can easily unprotect it is needed then re-protect it after. (In the review Ribbon)

Ok, i protected the sheet but now the object won't open.
