I have a spread sheet which contains 3 columes of currency data that I want to change the format And, no mattwer what I try the format can't be changed.
What am I overlooking?
What is the method of formatting? If it was formatted using the toolbar buttons for quick formatting of currency, changing the alignment and such will not work.
Are you getting a protection error as if the sheet is protected or anything?
All I've done is try to change the format of one of the columes and I can't do it. No matter what format I select nothing happens. It seems to be locked at the currency fomat with the $ sign. I just wan a 2 decimal number with no $ sign.
What if....let's try this....Tool - Protection. If the first choice is Unprotect Sheet then select that and that should be it. If it is Protect Sheet we must try something else.
