locking tabs

I have been putting together this SS for work and I have been pouring over it to find a way to debug and make it easier for my coworkers, and trying to keep them from inadvertantly screw it up.
I have the sheets protected but I noticed I can right click on the tabs at the bottom and change things. How can I lock these tabs?
