I am little stumped!

I have list of chassis numbers of vehicles and towing agreements for certain vehicles(on another worksheet), what I woul like to do is look at the chassis numbers, then interogate the towing list, if the chassis number is on there, return a yes, if not then leave blank.

Any Ideas, have tried index and match not working.
