In Row 1 starting in column D I have a list of Names going across to column X. Sales by day are list under each Name. In Column A go down I have Dates. In column B next to each date I need a formula that will find the Lowest Sales for that Dates Row and return the Name from above.

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.

Try this...

Entered in B2 and copied down as needed:

=INDEX(D$1:X$1,MATCH(MIN(D2:X2),D2:X2,0))

Note that if there are duplicate minimums on a row the formula will match the left-most instance.
