Look UP return value in List - HELP!!!

Col a - invoice #
Col B - Invoice line item beakout
Col c - payment amount

my output shows the same payment amount in col c when col a has the same invoice #. How do i get it to read the Col b amount.

Ex:
Col A Col B Col C
000394136 200 600
000394136 300 600
000394136 100 600

How are you generating your output? With a formula? With VBA? Can you post more detail or its difficult to guess what the problem is

the output is a canned system report from our billing system....there is no option to change the output of the report.
