I have an excell book with about 8000 rows.

Its an address book that i want to oganise so that i can filter etc.

Right basically like the below picture,. Howevre not all entries are the same amount of rows. some are 10 rows in length some are less due not having kids, or no emails, or no cell phones etc etc

is there there a way to automatically sort all data.

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
is "Home: ...." a line in all records ?
If so, that can be used to reference for that whole block.
A solution for 2021 is easy, or should it also work in 2016 ?

no Home is not in all records.

Basically, it has "show all info" at the top of each record, and if the record has 9-10 rows ( ie address, phone, etc etc) it lists all lines. If its doesnt its leaves the missing info out so some records will have 3-4 rows

it 'll be a VBA-solution, as the data isn't consistent.
Home isn't there in every record, sometimes you have an emailaddress before the homeaddress etc.

Can i assume that there is a cohesive block of 5-6 rows and some separate rows for every record.
Can you post a number of different examples/situations with the XL2BB-tool (or a link)
