Hi Everyone

Put it out on the table for suggestions as to what the best course of action would be for this.

Scenario:

I have 30 Company Credit Cards issued to staff. On a monthly basis, we get a statement download from our banking institution which lists out all the transactions. I apply my already designed macro to this csv file which pull out the transactions into a readable easy format for the users to view each transaction.

The credit card holders would each then access the spreadsheet (yet to be designed) to complete the coding of their expenses on their cards.

I am mindful of the data being sensitive so wouldnt want other cardholders seeing each others information.

They would open the sheet, select their name from a dropdown, insert a password, click a button and then that would display all transactions for their card, to enable them to then provide coding of them. The end result would be all users go into it through the month, and there is an upload template that is created that we'd upload into our finance system (this part of the process is fine.

My questions is really around what everyone might think is the best way forward with the drop down name selection etc...

Thanks
Brett

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Are you intending that people update this simultaneously? Or will you be creating a different workbook for each person?
