I am trying to create a formula that I can put in different cells on a spreadsheet that will look up its cell address in an array, get the value in the column next to it, and then use that lookup value to get the value in another array.

With the below data, I want the value displayed in the cell address to be the value "This Value" from cell F2 in Array2. The cell address is looked up in array 1, finds the value to the left and uses that value to get the cell value in the 2nd row of that column.

Cell Address: Sheet1!C97

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
If you can clarify your question it would be very helpful. Mr. Excel has a product, xl2bb add in (link below) that allows you to post mini worksheets of your data, including the formulas.

If you can't use that then please repost your data table with column and row headers. And identify the formulas (and what cells you want that in). Finally, expected results of a few examples would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance,
