Sam QB $120.00 result of formula: =INDEX(qb,MATCH(F2,customer,0)) On Sheet2 I have named a vertical list of the customer names as 'customer'

Bob QUESTION: How can I get the formula to look up the rate not based on a specific range like 'QB' but based
Ed LGQB on the type of service indicated in column G?
