Two questions O guru's of computational,conversional,conversational spreadsheets!

If I have a 14 X 8 table filled with DATES. How do I display the date(s) that are between two dates? For instance between the dates 9/1/02 and 9/13/02 there are 3 dates on three different rows. Once finding those dates how can I get it to display the colunm head? TIA in humble humility (or should that be futility?)

Paddy,

this is the output I am trying to get from the table in my earlier post. I tried a variation of my formula to get the cohort but it returns 0 in all but two cells which do return the correct cohort. Why is that? One cell works as a regular formula but the other one works as a CSE?

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Here is the sheet that actually contains the formulas. As you can see some classes are in more than one program so I summed them on the other page.

That's better. I could live with this as the only output. I just need the cohort(s) to display next to the number of students.
