Hello there! :)

First of here's the reference to my spreadsheet: http://www.mediafire.com/?2wx2qho136lcq61 (the zip file contains only a .xlsx file)

I have an excel spreadsheet that is used to keep track of my employees schedule swaps that they do between eachother.

the way it's made is that there are 2 tabs...1st tab "Swap Requests" is where I enter information in 4 different columns...Agent 1 name, date of swap, agent 2 name, date of swap...

Now on the other tab "swap lookup" I have an made an option to search for agent with a drop down list...when you click on the name of the agent it goes back to the "Swap Requests" tab and gets only the swap info on that particular agent.

Here's my issue...If the agents name is in Agent 1 column, no problem, it's able to get the information and display it...but as soon as the name is in the agent 2 column..it doesnt display the name when i do the lookup. It will lookup show the name if I search for the agent that is in the agent 1 column though..

Can you help me with this ?

Thanks :)

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
I had a go with your spreadsheet and it does work for me.
Could you explain your issue a little bit more giving example of a Agent?
