LOOKUP, OFFSET question

Not sure what function required but here's prob.
Cell range T4-T3000 being filled from top down with external data updating every second (cells blank/empty prior to being filled). e.g after 1 sec 1 piece of data, 10 secs 10 pieces, 100 secs 100 pieces etc.
Need function to read most recent data from range which ignores all cells not yet filled. Having prob with blanks/ empty cells. Thx in advance.

If the data that flows in consists of numbers...

=LOOKUP(9.99999999999999E+307,$T$4:$T$3000)
