Lookup that returns a full range not just single value

Not sure how best to explain what I want to do but essentially I want to lookup if each store on sheet 1 is in each group and return a "Y" if it is and "N" if it's not.

Sheet 1:
Store Group 1 Group 2 Group 3
1111
2222
3333
4444

Sheet 2:
Group 1
1111
2222
3333
4444

Group 2
3333
4444

Group 3
1111

Let's assume that on Sheet 2 you have named the various ranges as Group2, Group3, Group4.

Then in the cell to the right of each store name in Group1 (sheet1) (starting from Cell B2) you have the formula:
=IF(OR(ISNA(MATCH(A2,Group2,0),ISNA(MATCH(A2,Group3,0),ISNA(MATCH(A2,Group4,0)),"No","Yes")

Thanks but I am trying to avoid having to manually cut and past the data from sheet 1 into seperate columns as it exports from the report I generate all in column A with a blank cell inbetween each group.

my formula should work for you. It only requires you to copy the formula down in column B of sheet 1.
