Lookup using multipple criteria

In $H26 I need a formula that returns the value from range $H$2:$H$19 when two separate conditions are met in corresponding ranges; $G$2:$G$19=$G26 and $F$2:$F$19=$F26. SUMPRODUCT doesn't work here - values are not numerical.

Any help appreciated
