Lookup value for two rows, 2 vlookups?

Good morning,

I need a formula that will do two vertical lookups. I have the value for Column A and Column B and need to return what is in Column C.

This is not the cleanest solution, but it will get the job done: Combine the two values (e.g. =A5&B5) into a new column and then do your vlookup on that.
