Lookup value in Ranges of numbers

I am trying to lookup a value "A" on a spreadsheet "B" with three columns of data. Each row on spreadsheet "B" has a range. The first column the low end of the range, the second column the high end of the range. The third column has a description. I want my formula to return the description in Column C for the row that value "A" is in. For example, if value "A" is 35650 the formula would return "Blue".

Formula entered in E3:

=LOOKUP(E2,A2:C4)

Note that if the lookup value is less than the smallest low value in the table you'll get an error.

If the lookup value is greater than the highest low value in the table the formula will match the highest low value.
