Good Afternoon,

I have a spreadsheet that tracks percentage reductions in prices.

The first page that has all the reductions, showing the original price and the new price, then a formula such as =C2/B2 to work out the difference as a percentage.

On the second page is every member of staff and how many reductions they have created, but I want a new formula that looks up all of the reductions they have made, and then returns a value showing all of the ones they have done that are 10% or greater

I have tried VLOOKUPS and COUNTIFS but I dont think I am using the right arguments in the formulas, any help would be greatly appreciated

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
What version of Excel are you using?

I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)

If you are using Excel 2021 or 365, you should be able to use the new FILTER function to return these records.

Thank you, I have updated that now.

Sorry, I might not have been clear, I need to know per person how many of their reductions are greater than 10%, not just how many in total are 10%

Not quite 100% clear on what exactly you want to see.

Please show us a small sample of your data, and your expected result.
MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.
