Lookup with a twist

I need to have a search capability where it pulls up the target and all other like targets, like a group. any ideas on how to do this?

I have a list of Industry codes on one sheet, and companies with thier industry codes on another, I want to be able to search for a company name and it pull up all other companies tha thave the same industry code.
