Hi,
Is there a formula that can look up both WE dates and match the category to give you the labour cost? The first row shows the result I'm after.

Have you tried the INDEX in combination with MATCH?

Thanks for your reply. No, I haven't. I tried sumproduct, I count not get it to work.

=INDEX($E$2:$K$6,MATCH(A3,$E$2:$E$6,0),MATCH(B3,$E$2:$K$2,0))

asuming that your data is placed in A1:K14
