Loop Sheets.Activate then publish

Hey guys could really use some help here, I am attempting to loop sheets based on tab name in a specific worksheet.

In my master definitions tab i have a list in Column D of all the tabs names.

I would like to loop through and activate each tab in column D then publish. if that makes sense.
