Looping macro error 400

When running a timed looping macro (every 3min's for 200 times). After a period of running it stop dead in its tracks with.

Microsoft Visual Basic
Red Cross Icon 400
OK Help

Does anyone know what this is trying to tell me?
 

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
