Lost ability to Email Sheet in Excel 2003

Ok, We have some users that use an Excel form to send a request to other users. They do this by opening the Excel file filling out the form and clicking the email button on the menu. The one that embeds the sheet in an email. Not the one under the file menu.

Anyway approximately a week or so ago the users using this form lost the ability to use this button.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may have happened?

The coding that I use to send embeded excel info in outlook automatically use the Microsoft Outlook 12.0 Object Library. Perhaps this does as well and it was removed? I would at least check it out.
