I had a frame with a number of option buttons in it. I was moving them all at once when the frame and all option buttons spontaneously vanished from view. I can't get them back into view, but I know they are still there because when I tried to create replacements I was given an Ambiguous Name error. Has anyone seen this before?

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
It sounds like they ended up "off screen". If I am right, then you should see their names in the drop down at the top of the Properties Window... select each one and reset their Left and Top properties to 0... that should bring them back into view.

Easiest fix is to Delete what is left of the UserForm and copy a new from your back up file.
You do have a backup, right?

If not, and you have not saved the changes, close and reopen the file and begin your editing of the UserForm again.

You can also find the option buttons by "Tabbing" from one object to the next on the UserForm. While it is selected, open its' properties and adjust the size parameters to so it is visible.

Sorted, with the help of both above.

Although I could loop through all controls on the userform, they weren't coming up in the Properties drop down. By selecting each visible control one by one I found that my missing frame had somewhow gotten embedded or grouped with one of the checkboxes. Once I found it I could adjust its properties so I could get at it again.

Thanks to you both.
