Macro Button Availability

Hello: I have created a query from HP Quality Center. Once it is loaded in Excel, I want to run a macro to go through all the calculations and formatting. There is and will be alot of code.

My issue is that I don't know where to store the macro so that it is available whenever I send the query to Excel from HP Quality center.

I added a button, but apparently the macro is linked to another workbook. Confused

you should add the code for a button to a Module in the Project window in the VBA code editor. This should automatically happen when you right-click the button and assign the macro.
